Wiley D. Brown who had been summoned by the Sheriff of Greene County to serve at the present term of this Court as a Grand Juror appeared in Court and offered satisfactory excuse for his non-attendance and was excused by the Court.
This day the Clerk of the Greene Circuit Court came forward into Open Court and settlement with said Court which account is as follows:
